Service from Axxess last week

We had a major problem with our fibre line (installed by OpenServe). Our ISP did the best they could to expedite repairs and kept us informed of progress and lack thereof.

It was also a pleasant surprise not to hear the usual about 'exceptional call volumes' delaying the response from their helpdesk. Hardly ever had 'music on hold'.
