Service delivery failure

The comments say it all. Tomorrow day 5 of not receiving a single email from a provider that isn't even remotely concerned, and shows no interest in resolving this issue. Feedback on enquires logged begging for a resolution " thanks for the chat,, we would like to know how it went". I will never attend another sporting event and see your sign without discussing your appalling service with anyone who will listen!!
