**** Service

The WORST isp ever. ****test service. Called Monday was told my internet is down due to maintenance in jhb north but i stay on the west rand. After phoning 5 times eventually it got fixed. Called again today and was told its maintenance again. I insited on speaking to a supervisor but Andisiwe Swartboy put me on hold for 35 minutes and keeps telling me its maintenance. I told her the guy across the streets internet is working so how can it be. She then magically fixed it but insisted she did nothing. Then spoke to her supervisor and she does just say sorry. If people can just do their job instead of just saying its maintenance and putt he phone down. Too lazy to check whats wrong and then lie and say they didnt do anything to fix it!!!
