Seriously excellent service still does exist

I emailed support since I was having a bit of a problem to make my Telkom router be compatible with Axxess sim card. I explained in brief my problem , asked them if someone could call me back since I was failing to get hold of them due to huge volume of in coming calls. Guess what they phoned the same afternoon and when the technician was trying to assist me, I just saw that everything had been fixed. WOW. I'm a happy customer. I was refered to Axxess by a friend and I also refered two friends , of which one refered the brother too.I will keep the word of Axxess on my mouth. You guys are awesome. Keep it up
