Seamless internet, helpful agent

Pretty seamless experience - internet just works the way it's supposed to. When my router died, I had a great experience with their agent Ntombozuko Ndevu. She was so helpful, patient and kind, and resolved my issue with no problems. What a relief to have an expert on the other end of the call centre!
