********, DISHONEST COMPANY WITH NO REGARD FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS

This is my two cents worth regarding this company. Stay away!!!!!!! they are a bunch of ********, with ill-equipped personnel that just want to sell your their products without having the proper knowledge. I bought a CELL C LTE Data bundle sim from them (which I was informed by Cell C later that they no longer even cover LTE), I was told that it will work on my router and surprise now it doesn't. So I spoke to the technical department on the 5th of June 2019 and was informed that I will be refunded just to be phoned today, the 6th of June 2019, to be told that I have to buy a compatible device and they will not be refunding my money. I even offered to return the sim as I have no use for it. I hope they are fami**** with the Consumer Protection Act as well as the consequences of selling **** products and/or services because this matter has been escalated to the Ombudsman. I would further advise all that read this review that you will have the savvy to report such cases to the ombudsman in order to reprimand companies like. They are there to protect you as a consumer and your rights. I will take this to the papers if I have to, it is time to exploit the people that think they can just mess around with your hard earned money by being dishonest. No company with a grain of integrity will treat customers like this and withhold money for a service they cannot use. P.S: Escalate this to your Manager, who apparently can't take my call.
