I'm compelled to write this review, after exceptional service received from Mbulelo, from your Tech Support Dept.

We have been trying to resolve the issue for the past 3 hours with your live chat agents and they were of no help.

But that's not why I'm here. This isn't a complaint. It is a compliment.

Mbulelo, you're awesome. You were very warm and friendly, patient and your product knowledge and system navigation was up to date and on point.
