Saddened.

I take this route as I am receiving no respite from Axxess. I signed up for a Fibre Package with Joy who was very helpful and assisted me throughout the process. The nightmare started when Eddie the Installer arrived to install the Fibre Line. I mentioned numerous times to Joy that I already have a Fibre Line and Router installed by SADV. My account was debited by *** which I don't mind except its for service I didn't receive. I have been calling the Call Center to no avail as the lines are constantly busy. I sent numerous emails and seemingly given a new reference number everytime.I don't know what else to do.
