I’m on a month to month LTE deal with Axxess and now they are telling me I’m required to pay for every month. We choose month to month because they say it’s not a requirement to pay every month like other companies but now they are telling me I have to pay for May because I’m required to do so.

24 Jun 2024, 13:55They don’t want to connect me to the internet even after paying. They said my account was cancelled in May and I have to sign up for a new service when I just paid for the current one.
