AXXESS YOUR digital playground INTERNET PROVIDER SHOULD BE HELL ON THE INTERNET, STAY AWAY, DO NOT USE THEM, THEY MAKE YOUR INTERNET ACCESS A NIGHTMARE! ********* ***** AND NO SUPPORT. The most disgusting service, based on lies, my first inquiry to Axxess internet problems was met with the utmost rudeness the black ladies (Two) which first answered spoke utter bull**** and lies, Indication their inability to assist clients with limited knowledge or any help because of the uneducated and uncultured black ladies working for this company. According to their lies when my service was not available, there had been a maintenance issues, just to suit themselves, they are completely clueless with no customer service, they are highly confused. This was the worst experience and I am disgusted with the service. No one gives a dam, nor do they answer the phone to rectify the problems and the inconvenience that they have created. They are only there to read from a pice of paper and if you ask any other question they are not capable of assisting you. Dumb ****** Any issues are not resolved it you speak Afrikaans or you are a white person. They speak extremely softly in absolute spite-fullness so that you can become aggravated and then they laugh about it and disconnect your call. You can hear them laughing while you are talking to them. Why the hell do they lie and cheat to customers??? they are all confused. Never has any issue been resolved. YOU GUYS MAKE OUR INTERNET MISERABLE!!!! ITS UNFORTUNATE BEING FAR AWAY FROM YOUR HEAD OFFICE AND STUCK WITH THE NIGHTMARE!! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND AXXESS INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER TO ANYONE.
