RUDE AND UNPROFESSIOANL

<p>NEVER do business with Axxess. These guys are RUDE, unprofessional, ********* and greedy.</p> <p> </p> <p>I signed up for their 6 month free hosting plan on 28 January. By my calculations, 6 months ends on 28 July. NOT according to Axxess.</p> <p> </p> <p>According to them, 6 months from 28 January is 28 June. After speaking to their Accounts department who were rude in my opinion, and an escalation manager, they told me that according to their terms and standards JANUARY counts as the first month of hosting, even though I signed up on the 28th.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>Apparently I need to pay over R300 and if I do not, my account will be suspended until I do. I have hosted with several hosting companies around the world. I have bought Internet services in various countries, including third world countries like Russia and China. I have NEVER dealt with a company like this. They INSULT their customers, will not budge from their position and ultimately don't care about the customer or customer service. </p> <p>If you are considering hosting your website somewhere, then Axxess is the LAST company you should sign up with.</p>
