Revolting customer service

Pathetic service, constant following up required, false promises made to you, incomplete information told to you and that you find out when you keep following up.very common to get put on hold for over 15 mins and the best part is that I was trying to become a new client but couldn't get the ball off the ground. Very poorly trained agents.
