Restoration of service after OTN failed.

So Axxess itself is not bad in my opinion but trying to deal with them to get a service restored that mostly relates to Vumatel (Or at least the SADV part there of) has been impossibly difficult. I am really disappointed and at this point I am seriously considering a different service provider. I was so glad I no longer had to deal with Telkom and after this week I am starting to think Telkom was not that bad - so think about that.
