Refund Requested

AXXESS ISP I paid an amount for router delivery and a fibre service the location coverage showed as available in town Vereeniging only to receive a email stating there is no coverage i requsted a refund but feceivdd an email there his no transactions on my account but there is no coverage in mg area the router must be returned whereever it is i dont need it the amount i paid for it refunded
