Refund not refunded.

I have been in contact with Axxess many times regarding a refund that they have not yet processed. I provided proof to them, I have been to my bank to confirm that no refund was made. This has been going on since September 2017. I have spent more money on phone calls, emails and trips to my bank than the actual amount that Axxess owes me.

It is disheartening that a company would not do a refund after admitting their mistake.
