Refund

I have bought a router with them which i later realised it requires a telkom line which i didn't have. but i quickly canceled the order and requested a refun. They still sent the router regardless and i did not accept the delivery the courier company promised to take it back. Axxess company still says they haven't received it back. I doubt they even do follow up on the router. They said they will only refund me back when they recieve back the router. I won't advice people to order any internet services from axxess internet
