REFUND

I had 2 debit orders of R123.00 deducted from my bank account on the 3rd October since then I've been trying to get a refund I have sent a email as they requested I have submitted 6 tickets now and all i get is a load of ******* from the accounts dept. on Thursday 19/11/2015 i called the accounts to once again request my refund, 1st person i spoke to had the cheek to tell me i didn't have to keep calling they would refund the 2nd person who deals with the refund assured me the refund would be in my account by Friday!!! Today is Saturday still no refund.<br> I am happy with the Internet by I find it ridicules that a simple refund takes this long yet they are very quick to make deduction <br> And worst of all is the lies I have to hear from the accounts dept.
