Really don't waste your time using this ISP

Axxess South Africa - Pointless support staff. All they can do is hit reply using the canned response button, non of them read... You cannot interact with a single support member, the staff leave the company on a daily bases it seems. Really don't waste your time using this ISP. Their services ***gyback off their parent company - Afrihost, so they MIGHT give you better support.
