Really Dissapointed

<p>I moved over to this company because they say they are better than MWEB, but im really struggling to see how.</p> <p> </p> <p>Over the last few weeks ive been suffering with terrible packet loss and now my speed is almost none existant.</p> <p> </p> <p>they say everything on their side is fine but i find that to be false as these issues never happened when i was with MWEB</p> <p> </p> <p>they seem to bill you as fast as possible but when it comes to helping fix this issue it seems to be pass the buck.</p> <p> </p> <p>please dont call me to recreate ports or restart my router ive done that a million times.</p>
