Really disappointed

Hi. I have been with Axxess for a few years now. Never used to have a problem, but now sitting without internet for more than two weeks and not getting anyone to help or at least phone me back after more than 40 minutes in total listening to that ****py song. I am done. Axxess has now like so many companies gone down the toilet. To everyone out there... Not worth joining them or time to leave them for any other competent internet service provider.
