Really bad service and no responsibilaty

I used to get good service from Axxess. Calling in and getting my problems sorted out. Speaking to one agent Thandile on Thrusday and were promosed a call back on Friday by 17:00 and no call back So called in again Friday by 18:00 askong bout my call back. Spoke to Batandwa. Did all the tests as being told to do and send everything through. Now Monday night calling in again just ro find out the fault department through my results out becaise I used the wrong site to do the tests which I were told to use and my line is stil up and down and cant do much. Now I have to get a laptop again and redo everything which I cant simce I borrowed a laptop. What happened to the " Good service " I used to get from Axxes? I almost lost my cool and started cursing on the phone. Why wasnr I informed from fault department? Why wasnt my issue sorted out? Why do I have to keep calling and getting more frustrated because of this kind of service and I am paying every month for this kind of service
