Rain LTE contract through Axxess cancelled prematurely

2018-08-31 21:15:04 I still had data on my rain LTE contract through Axxess. The package was scheduled to cancel at end of August 2018. The Package was cancelled at around 7pm on 31 August. I still had about 24gb of data left and I planned on using this data. I still had 5 hours to use up the data.

2018-09-02 12:05:55 Thanks so much for your reply. Please let me know what Axxess is going to do about the data that was taken away from me (about 24GB). I even tried to top up my Cell C account with data on 31 August cause my wife had some urgent work to do and even the top up data only became active on Saturday at 14:30pm. So we were left with no connectivity on Friday night from around 7pm till midnight.
