QUESTIONABLE BUSINESS ETHICS

Their cyber security is shocking! I have had my account for only a short few months and someone has hacked my account and Axxess has refusted to respond or shut down my account and its been 5 days. Absolutely shocking customer service! Is this company complicit with ********** is my question?
