Putrid service mxm

I am honestly so annoyed with this company!!!! I've been going back and forth trying to get my issue resolved!!! I've honestly had it with the putrid service. I'm on a 100mbps package but the internet is so freaking slow it keeps lagging I cannot work at all and speed tests only pick up 6mbps why am I paying for a service I am not even able to use properly??? This is ridiculous to say the least I've sent 1000s of emails, called in numerous times even went on their live chat and my issue has still not been resolved. Whyyyyy??????
