Putrid Axxess billing behavior amounts to theft

I signed up for internet with Axxess. during the signup process I was not allowed to choose the start date for my subscription. I emailed axxess support stating when I would like my subscription to begin. I contacted them multiple times regarding this matter. I was surprised when my subscription was activated a month sooner.

I contacted axxess multiple times about this problem, they should not have activated my account. my bank account was debited for a subscription which I did not want and asked multiple times not to have. I consider this theft from Axxess.

I would not recommend anyone use any of their services. this is absolutely disgusting behavior from a company. As soon as I signed up i requested help with the start date of my subscription and informed them that if they cannot start my subscription when I want it, I did not want the service.This was ignored. The subscription started early and my account debited.

This is very ********* and putrid behavior from a company. I would advise that anyone looking for any service this company offers look elsewhere.
