Premium Uncapped - Semi Shaped on 50GB

<p>Axxess have semi -shaped me and i havent not even used more then 50gb they moved my 8mb line to a 6mb line but when you do speed test you have a 4mb line , when you phone them they say it a auto system that does it but i mean really on 50gb .My ping is high in games and all that stuff but axxess dont care about the customer they just want their debit order each month.</p> <p> </p> <p>Axxess got the reward for best ISP for 2016 but i think it was a mistake because axxess cant get something if the semi-shape on 50gb.</p> <p> </p> <p>I want axxess to remove me from being semi -shaped , i mean their alot of people that download more then 50gb and dont get semi shaped but i mean really why my account get semi - shaped on 50gb it really stupid .</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
