********* practice and terrible service

If I could give less then one star I would. I have been with Mtn Capped 1 terabyte LTE for 2 years. I decided to change as it us extremely expensive and decided to go with axxess as the offer unlimited fixed Lte with MTN at a more reasonable price. I could not go with MTNs new lte option as it is not available in my area otherwise I would of stayed with MTN directly. I. My two years with MTN we have never once reached our capp of 1 terabyte now that I have moved over to axxess. We somehow conveniently gave reached our FUP of one terabyte in The first month. I have tried speaking to the agents and explained to th that it is impossible and for them to please stop throttling us. Their agents are rude and do not care. I can promise that Axxes is over inflating the usage so they can throttle your line so that they pay MTN less. I will be going to ISPA and an ombudsman as this is ********* practice. It makes absolutely no sense that for two years we never reached our capp with MTN but with Axxess we do. Also the agents **** to me saying that MTN are the ones monitoring the usage which is not true and is casting a bad light on MTN. I hope MTN takes their contract away. Also all the reviews on here are not answered. Should that not tell you something. I am also reporting this to MTN as well.
