I would give 0 stars if possible. Absolute joke of an ISP - use at your own peril. I signed up for fibre migration with these clowns. Sadly, no activation, no feedback, no support, just all around terrible service. After two weeks of no internet I decided to move to Cool Ideas instead. The axxess clowns charged me R1000 cancellation fee for a service I never had the pleasure of using. I had to cough up because they didn't want to release my line to the new guys. I will NEVER EVER use them again, even if they happen to be the last ISP on the face of the planet. Thieving ****bags!
