Poor, unreliable internet service.

Extremely unreliable internet access. For more that a week now we have been experiencing considerable downtime with our Axxess (frogfoot) internet. We get poor excuses, and no urgency to attend to your internet connection matters. They are also not willing to concede any payment for downtime, yet there is no mechanism to assist us with commercial losses due to their poor service. We will see about that. ICASA here we come
