Poor staff memebers being unhelpful to customers because there managers is not there

We are a business customer with a few active packages from Axxess. But recently I signed up for 2 Fibre packages. But Every time I Call to follow up on the installation the Staff members at Technical and Lines department is so disrespectful toward the customers that they make the customers to be rude to them. Its now 4 days which I am still struggling to get feedback. I even send messages last reply that I received is that they can not find my address 9 Rutgers st Brits 0250 but the previous routers and stuff they delivered to that address and the found it. If I punch in Germo Parts Brits or my address in google maps I do find the address easy its also fundable on the openserve website. The times I called to speak to management Beverly the senior Tech says there is no one available and drops the call on me. The same with Ntombizandile N who does the same.
