poor servise

<p>it is now about 28 days that i running on low download speed, i was reported manny times and still nothing is be done about it i payed for a 4 mag servise but running less than 2 meg but i must payed for the 4 mag. i join Axxess for the great servise but i was wrong about the service is the same as all the other ISP, telkom bull**** my accout for 2 years, mweb fault to solve the problem with telkom for 3 months and now Axxess went the same road dont have the ***** to take on telkom to solve my problem dont get any feedback from axxess as long as they get there money from the customers.</p>
