Poor services from Axxess

Not getting what you pay for in terms of speed.

To make matters more frustrating is that one work with inconstant staff at technical support.

First call and speak to Dumisani, got cut off after long call and not get a call back. Speak then to a team leader that help telephonically (not the probable resolved) and said he will call back, never done. Then speak to Sipho that with a call only to giving us attitude as she believe I am screaming due to phone on speaker phone.

One - we not getting or speak. Two - so support from Axxess to investigate reason for slow supply of internet.
