Poor service very bad for a tech company

Hii have a telkom lte package ending on the 29.02.2024 and i still data left on the sim card. They disconnect service from13.00 pm on the 29.02.2024 without warning. According to them their is nothing they can do, besides switch off your service for which you paid for until the end of 29.02.2024.
