Poor Service - Not recommended

It took mt 7 days to finally get an account registered on their website because they didn't accept passport numbers in the ID field. Finally I got registered and then tried to sign up for a new domain registration + hosting - which couldn't complete and got an alert that I needed to call for that process to completed. Surprise surprise the call centre wasn't getting picked up. I eventually registered the domain with Hetzner within 5 minutes online... but here's where it gets ridiculous. My order for the domain on Axxess still shows as valid, because obviously they hadn't even reserved my registration.
