Poor service/ No service/ Stupid Staff ***********

How can one provider be filled with so much *********** idiots and poor service. I requested a line on the 14th of January 2022. After creating ticket after ticket and emailing them countless times they finally updated my address to the correct address the next rhino I hear even though they made the mistake I must wait another 30days. So I said I can just as well cancel the service at this rate. So some bright spark decided to cancel my order thinking he was real cool in doing this. Please never make use of them they are horrible.
