Poor service from the SP & its call center agents

Good day,

I am a frustrated customer.

I have been calling Axxess about their internet connection. All I have been getting is just "reboot your router", " we will help you log a call", 'how long have you been experiencing this problem". To top it all, today I got a lady that was trying to help me and at some point she hung up on me. I tried calling back afterwards and no one was picking up, 'either you have one attendant or they are deliberately ignoring me'..

Your service is poor, you can do better than this. I chose you because I trusted you.
