Poor Service from Axxess

Extremely poor service from Axxess. Internet has not been working for 5 days. Have to keep on following up and get told they will get back to me and this does not happen. I will not recommend Axxess to anyone as a service provider. Empty promises are made that don't materialise to anything. Very disappointed customer.
