Poor service for existing customer's

I am a paying customer for many years. Axxess always ***** their excising customers by not allowing them to upgrade to better or promo packages. I have the 25+25Gig package and it is now on uncapped promotion. NO I must first cancel current package and the buy new package to get the promotion! Cant simply upgrade!! ridiculous!!
