Poor service

Customer service is really poor. Tickets not followed up. No effort to resolve my 100mg line that operates at 20mg. Forces you to have your own equipment to test their problem to prove the problem is on their side. Clearly not a customer centric business. Been sent around in circles over the last few days as their internal process is not conducive to resolving problems but making further problems. This is my final attempt to resolve before I move service provider.
