Poor service experience

I am waiting for my new internet service to be connected for 5 days now. I was starting a new job. Now i dont even know if i have the job still. They placed everything on hold. You guys might have cost me a job, i had to waste so much money to call the call centre, i had to waste so much money to buy other data. I lost alot all thanks to issues i experience. Still waiting to be connected. This really sucks. I wish i can just cancel this contract
