Poor Service

They don't want to fix my slow internet. Been three weeks of struggle with slow Internet. I connected via LAN cable then i got an error message which I then sent to Axxess. Now they are refusing to fix my slow internet saying they need me to run speed test while connected via LAN cable but there is no internet when I am connected with LAN cable. I am getting tired of this and I am ready to cancel this because of poor service.
