poor service axxess mobile

be care full with axxess lte cell c sim cards ,i orderd i sim than it worked for a week ,sim failure invalid ,i ddnt get credit refund ,i orderd another one on 07/02/2019 than it came after two weeks 22/02/2019 ,no data assigned to the sim ,serial number was not registered on the panel.the sim is not connecting i tried everything APN lte.broadband.is still failure even changing routers huawei b315s and b525
