poor service axxess!!!!

well over 30 days, and no one has bothered to contact me. the call centre takes forever to get through to someone, and when you finally do, you are moved between departments to get to the lines dept. and they cut the call on you when you express yourself. Support has become shocking, tickets are logged and they are closed without any resolution or even contacting the client. Months on end to resolve simple problems and constant back and forth with their support. i cant constantly have a struggle with days on end without internet. when will someone bother to contact me??? when will this line be installed!

this has by far been the worst experience with an ISP.
