Poor service and product

Terrible service and product. I paid for a product which I did not get. Every morning had to reset router because it was showing 0.01mbps, after every power outage it took an hour on the phone with them trying to get it sorted. Asked them to send somebody out, it did not happen. Last I heard from them, they said will look into the matter shortly and guess what, still waiting for feedback. Just cancelled my service
