POOR SERVICE AND LACK OF COMPETENCE OF HOSTING DEPARTMENT AXXESS DSL (PTY) LTD

Poor customer service. I develop my own websites and have cutoff dates. Axxess is my hosting provider and I've moved my domain to them as well. Since I got the service for my grabnow.co.za account, I had problems to use the Cpanel (InterWorx). I can't log in to my Cpanel, and it seems like they couldn't care less with their lame excuses and attempts to help me. They take more than 2days to replay to an open Ticket ID: k***b9. I will take this further if this does not get sorted out within the next 48 hours.
