Poor service and customer support
In short: I Have an approved LTE-a Router confirmed by Axxesss and I am in a LTE-a region yet they keep locking my device stating its not an approved router
No one responds to my tickets, the chat support are clueless and purely follow scripted responses, the lack of service is just terrible !
