POOR SERVICE AND BLOCKING ATTITUDE

Very disgusting service from these *****s! They lack customer care basically they don't know what is customer care! They claim to be service provider but they are *******! These guys were my ISP and the router stopped working due to their factory system because it was barely 1 month old. I then contacted them and they sent the technician who said that they need to replace it. They took the whole 20 days without coming mind you I paid. I reached to them they fixed the issue, I then asked for my reimbur*****t they ignored, I raised it on twitter they blocked me, I raised again on Facebook they blocked me again so today I decided to cancel any service with these sons of b****s'
