Poor service

Shocking poor customer service. We have been without internet connection for a week and Axxess does not even bother to update us on the status of the issue. Rude staff response when you call and clueless. Honestly the approach you use to solve faults reported is ridiculous for a company this big. Would not recommend you to anyone, actually planning to move.
