Poor service

Worst service ever. They take your money and then say they cant help you and then don't even pay your money back to you. On there website they say they can help and have fibre in the area and then turning around and say that they don't have. Went to a different company and within 3 days I was sorted out. Have been sending them mails about my refund and they just ignore my mails. WILL NEVER RECOMMENT THEM TO ANYBODY.
