Poor service

I am very dissapointed with Axxess internet service provider. It has been day 3 since my wifi has not been working , I have called a numerous time and was told that it takes up to 24 hours for the issue to be resolved. I am working from home and expected to be working everyday. Now I am owing my company some time because of the inconvenience .I Productivity needs to take place yet I have been waiting to get some assistance. I would never recommend this service to anyone. NEVER... Its very frustrating yet when it is month end we pay the full amount with no delays.
